Our Story
Before we were restaurateurs, we were farmers; before we were farmers, we were restaurateurs. Now, we are fortunate to combine the two!
We have been growing our pasture-raised pork and free-range eggs for the past 8 years. Our pork is incredible, and we want to share it with others. Last summer, we started working at the local farmers’ market and met a lot of other farmers. We noticed a lot of them work full-time jobs during the week and sell their produce on the weekend. The goal of Meal & Market is to work with local farmers and producers to offer our community the freshest and cleanest ingredients daily. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or grabbing something to cook at home later. We offer locally sourced meats, vegetables, and sourdough bread for your convenience.
Our family has been intentional about everything at Meal & Market. From the ceiling color to the flooring, we worked to design a space that would feel like home when you come to dine. We have personally touched every space. The tumbled glass in the bar came from the beach at our farm on Wills Creek. The walnut bar slab came from the back acreage of our farm. Our menu is derived from family favorites. We hope you will enjoy Meal & Market as much as we do.
